My research interests include sleep consolidation as a therapeutic modality for chronic disorders, chronotherapy of neurological disorders, chronopharmacology of neurological disorders, gender disparities in fatigue and sleepiness levels, optimization of sleepiness, monitoring, shift work and jet lag and circadian rhythm disorders. I see my job as helping patients get the most out of life through better sleep. I know it is not easy to open up and share personal stories and concerns, and I am honored that my patients are willing to do so when they come to my clinic for a consultation. I strive to be honest in helping patients make decisions about their care while also respecting their preferences. My hope is that every patient leaves their visit feeling that they've had their concerns and questions addressed and answered.
