I chose my specialty because I value long-term relationships with my patients. I enjoy interacting with patients and strive to impact their lives positively.It's a priority to listen to my patients and do my best to explain their conditions and treatment options clearly, so they can fully understand their health situation.My goal is to help patients make the best decisions for themselves. I often tell my patients, "You are in the driver's seat. I will provide recommendations based on my expertise, but we will make decisions together."I manage a variety of conditions, including lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), as well as autologous stem cell transplants and CAR T-cell therapy.My research interests focus on bleeding and cardiovascular care in cancer patients, particularly those with hematologic malignancies.
