With decades of experience in clinical care, research, and education, I focus on precision medicine and neuroimmunology.I’ve been honored with numerous national awards for my groundbreaking work in multiple sclerosis and have published extensively in leading scientific journals. As Chair, I lead efforts to advance neurological care, research and training across Vermont and northern New York.
