The dynamic between parent, patient and provider is the most rewarding part of pediatric medicine, as we all collaborate to develop the best treatment plan.I find it incredibly rewarding to build long-term relationships with families and watch children progress in their health. Educating and empowering families with the knowledge they need to navigate these challenges is another aspect of my work that I truly value.My patient-centered approach to health care focuses on actively listening to the child and their family, ensuring that their concerns and values are central to the care plan.I collaborate with families by providing education and resources to empower them to make informed decisions about their child's treatment.By fostering an open, compassionate environment, I’m dedicated to building trust and creating a partnership that supports the child's overall physical and emotional well-being.
