As a palliative care nurse practitioner, I find learning what is most important to patients and their families the most meaningful part of my work.My role involves helping them navigate the health care system while managing consequences of serious illness and honoring their priorities.I partner with individuals at any stage of their serious illness, so they feel seen and heard.
