As an oncology dietitian, one of the most rewarding aspects of my job is helping patients manage the side effects of their treatment while improving their nutritional status and overall quality of life.Empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to regain strength and energy through proper nutrition can help patients feel a sense of control over their health during some of their most challenging times.I value the opportunity to build relationships with patients and their caregivers, providing nutritional guidance and emotional support throughout their journey.I recognize that every cancer patient is unique, which is why it's important to tailor nutrition recommendations to each individual's cancer type, treatment plan, side effects and personal preferences.I also collaborate closely with your care team to ensure a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to treatment.
