It's such a vulnerable place to get into the nitty-gritty of how you sleep and what may be going awry.It is a privilege to work with individuals on their sleep health. I find it most rewarding when children and adults can connect their sleep to their well-being and make meaningful, lasting changes to improve their sleep.I believe that sleep is one of the most important activities we do daily and that it is connected to all aspects of health across the lifespan.My hope is that every patient leaves with new knowledge about sleep and how it affects everyday functioning.
