Caring for children within the context of their family and culture is very important to me. Children can thrive when we help create a supportive and healthy environment.I believe in providing high-quality medical care and advocating for policies and resources that support the health of children and their families.My areas of expertise include pediatric refugee and immigrant health. I lead the immigrant clinic at University of Vermont Medical Center, focusing on the needs of refugee and immigrant children.I live with my husband, a urologist, and our three children, along with a dog and a chicken. I also enjoy traveling.
